General Shipping Policies
Most orders ship out within 48 hours of their receipt. We ship by UPS for orders in the U.S. unless otherwise requested. Shipping on orders over $350 is free, except on freight orders or oversized or overweight Packages. We are unable to ship via UPS to PO Boxes.
COD (phone & mail orders only). Customers are charged an $9.50 COD fee per package. UPS will accept personal checks, Business Checks or money orders. They DO NOT accept cash to ensure the safety of their drivers. You may call for a total when your package is ready to ship.
Truck Freight: Some items require shipping via Truck Freight (All Large Sheet Metal). Some require special packaging and will incur a $7.00 charge for each carton, skid, etc.
International Shipping: Small orders will be shipped via Global Priority Mail, 4-6 days delivery time(4lbs or less) if the country offers that option, or via Air Parcel Post 4-10 days delivery time. Some items exceed the size limit, those items can be shipped via UPS, Fed Ex, or by a freight forwarding company. Very large orders will be shipped via a freight forwarding company.
Rush Service: UPS Next Day Air (guaranteed by 10am),UPS Next Day Air Saver (guaranteed by 3pm) not available in all areas, Second Day Air & 3 Day Select (guaranteed by the end of the day) is available on all credit card orders. Orders must be received by 12:00 Noon EST for shipping that day. Saturday delivery is available for UPS Next Day Air & Second Day Air and will incur an extra $15 charge on top of the shipping charges. Keep in mind that Air package shipments are calculated dimensionally.
Damaged Shipments: All UPS shipments are insured. It is the responsibility of the Carrier to deliver the package in good condition. If you receive a damaged package, contact the Carrier immediately. Save all cartons & packaging for inspection. The Carrier will issue a claim and the merchandise will be replaced as quickly as possible. Truck Freight Damage: If your order is delivered via truck freight, inspect the package upon delivery if there is ANY noticeable damage to the carton have the driver note this on the bill of lading. Contact the freight company immediately.
Customer Refused COD Shipments: ANY Customer who refuses a COD shipment will loose their COD privileges and will be billed for the current COD charges.
Returns: We gladly exchange or refund your full purchase price within 30 days of purchase. Please call our Customer Service Line at 215-723-9674 for a Return Authorization number. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. All returns must include a copy of your original invoice and return shipping must be pre-paid. No COD returns will be accepted. After 30 days you will receive a store credit only. Sorry, NO RETURNS on Electrical (opened or installed) items, Literature, Video Tapes or Special Order Items. Returns may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Return on Cores: All Cores must include your core tag or a copy of your original invoice. Steering Gear Boxes, Power Steering Control Valves,& Power Steering Hydraulic Cylinder cores will be evaluated in house and IF rebuildable, your core money will be refunded. Core may be pro-rated if the core can be used but certain integral parts are missing or un-usable and require replacement, this will be determined upon evaluation. Carburetor & Power Brake Booster Cores are sent out to our vendors and are evaluated there, same core policies apply for these items. All return shipping on cores must be paid by the customer.
