Shock Tower Repair

This car was presented to Glazier/Nolan Mustang Barn for engine compartment detailing. Once decades of crud were scraped off, it was discovered that the connection between the shock towers and frame rails was rotten, a not-uncommon problem with Mustangs. In this case, replacement of the towers or rails was not required, and the damaged areas were carefully sectioned in, with lap or buttwelds as required.
